Congress is about to hand Donald Trump a giant weapon to crush dissent and stop groups -- including Courage California -- from challenging his actions. 

The Stop Terror-Financing and Tax Penalties on American Hostages Act, also known as H.R. 9495, would grant the Trump administration unilateral authority to revoke the tax-exempt status of any group it deems to be a “terrorist supporting organization.”
