Tell Congress to save net neutrality now!

In 2015, we won net neutrality rules that protect free speech, competition, and diversity online. But Trump’s FCC just voted to allow big telecom companies to profit by acting as gatekeepers over what’s allowed on their networks, and how accessible it is.

We have a chance to undo the damage. Congress can use the Congressional Review Act to reverse the FCC's new regulation, which would restore the 2015 net neutrality rules as the law of the land. It'll be a long shot, but enough Republicans have spoken up in support of net neutrality over the years that it's within reach. That's why we're demanding Congress support net neutrality.

Sign the petition telling members of Congress to save net neutrality using the Congressional Review Act:

"It is imperative that our Internet remain free, open, fair, and accessible. Losing net neutrality puts free speech, small businesses, and startups in jeopardy. As your constituent, I ask that you save net neutrality by using the Congressional Review Act to undo FCC Chairman Ajit Pai's recent order to overturn the 2015 net neutrality rules.
    "
