The science on chlorpyrifos is clear -- chlorpyrifos hurts children, farmworkers, and the communities surrounding farms. Over 1 million pounds of this deadly pesticide is used in our state every year. Enough is enough.
California has the power to ban the use of chlorpyrifos in the state, and if it does, it will mean that a huge portion of the country’s food is no longer sprayed with the chemical. Will you place a call to Governor Brown and let him know that Californians will no longer tolerate our food being sprayed with this dangerous chemical?
