Pledge NOT to shop at Walmart on Black Friday

This action was a huge success and is now over! Nearly 12,000 Courage members boycotted Walmart on Black Friday, and combined with other organizations and protests all over the country, Walmart had a terrible day.

Walmart has long been notorious for its low wages, poor benefits, and dangerous working conditions. On Black Friday, Walmart employees throughout the company's vast operations -- from factories and warehouses to retail stores -- will participate in a massive walkout. Black Friday is traditionally the most important shopping day of the year for retailers, comprising upwards of 20-40% of their annual sales, so it's the perfect way to send a message to Walmart in the only language they understand.

The good news? There is a growing worker movement that could result in fundamental change. It's called OUR Walmart. Sign our petition not to shop at Walmart and stand in solidarity with workers. Once you sign our petition, we'll provide an opportunity to join OUR Walmart workers at hundreds of rallies all over the country.

Sign the pledge: I will not shop at Walmart on Black Friday in solidarity with Walmart employees.
