Co-sign the letter to Judge Facciola: let Dan Choi go

Lt. Dan Choi is facing federal charges for protesting "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" at the White House. He is facing up to 6 months in prison or a $5,000 fine for an obscure infraction of Parks and Wildlife federal regulations. But because of Dan's hearing loss sustained in Iraq, could not hear orders to clear the sidewalk, where he was not blocking public movement. Dan is also being unfairly attacked by being tried in federal court instead of DC Superior Court where nearly every other Parks case goes. Indeed, on August 31st, Judge Facciola ruled there was prima facie evidence to suggest the government is pursuing "vindictive prosecution" and allowed Choi's lawyers to pursue that claim.

Courage Campaign Chair and Founder Rick Jacobs sent a letter of support to Judge Facciola, who is presiding over his trial. Can you add your name to the letter so Judge Facciola knows how much support Lt. Dan has? You can read the letter here.
