Tell the CA Supreme Court: Give CA voters the opportunity to overturn Citizens United!

For over five years, the disastrous Citizens United Supreme Court decision has taken our democracy away from the people and handed it over to billionaires and corporations.

But on October 6, we have a chance to convince the California Supreme Court to let California voters take a public stance on this awful decision and say money isn't speech!

Last year, the CA Supreme Court stripped Proposition 49 -- a measure letting voters tell Congress to overturn Citizens United -- from the ballot.

Now the Court is taking up the case again, and we want to send tens of thousands of signed letters to the California Supreme Court demanding that it put Prop 49 back on the ballot.

SIGN THE PETITION to the California Supreme Court and say:

"It's time to overturn Citizens United! California's constitution gives voters the right to instruct our representatives. We ask that Prop 49 be put back on the ballot in 2016 so we can tell Congress to overturn Citizens United and say money isn't speech. California voters deserve the right to weigh in on this critical issue and take back our democracy from the corrupting influence of corporations and billionaires.”
