TELL GOV. BROWN: Protect CA’s landmark climate change law

Big Oil front groups have launched a statewide mis-information campaign to delay the implementation of CA's landmark cap-and-trade program.

Assembly Bill 32, which was passed in 2006, was a MASSIVE win for California and for reducing carbon emissions. The bill is set to create thousands of jobs, generate millions in revenue, and dramatically decrease emissions in California.

Unsurprisingly, Big Oil is now trying to use their deep pockets to sway politicians and the public with their mis-information campaign. And it's working. Big Oil has already influenced 16 Democrats to join their side in trying to GUT AB 32.

Governor Jerry Brown has the power to ensure the full implementation of AB 32 with no passes, extensions, or waivers for Big Oil companies but he needs our support. We must stand behind the Governor and ask him to state publicly his plan to stand strong against Big Oil's attempt to gut AB 32!

JOIN US to tell Gov. Brown:

"Now is the time to protect California's landmark cap-and-trade program. Stand up to Big Oil and be a champion on this issue by stating publicly your plans to implement AB 32 as it was intended on time without extensions, passes, or waivers for Big Oil companies."
