This is our chance to restore and protect the San Francisco Bay!
The Clean and Healthy Bay ballot initiative may be the greatest opportunity in a generation for Bay Area residents to create a healthy and sustainable future for our children and grandchildren.
The measure approves a modest, $12 parcel tax that would generate $500 MILLION over 20 years to fund wetland restoration projects around the Bay Area. If passed, it would improve water quality, increase fish and wildlife habitat, and protect shoreline communities from sea level rises and the impacts of climate change.
The vast majority of Bay Area voters support this critical initiative, but it will only make it to voters if the San Francisco Bay Restoration Authority votes to put it on the ballot next month.
SIGN THE PETITION and tell the San Francisco Bay Restoration Authority:
"I urge you to be a steward for the environment and vote "YES" to place the Clean and Healthy Bay ballot measure before voters in June 2016."
