Tell Governor Brown: Give farm workers fair overtime pay!

Farm workers are vital to our well-being as a nation. But for nearly 100 years, they've been treated like second-class citizens and denied real overtime. 

But on Monday, the California State Legislature voted to end our state's racist double-standard that has denied farm workers fair overtime pay after eight hours of work. The fight is not over yet -- Assembly Bill 1066 by Lorena Gonzalez is on it's way to Governor Brown's desk for his signature, and we need your help to push him to sign this bill into law!

AB 1066 is a commonsense solution that will give farm workers eligibility for overtime pay. And it took heroic efforts to pass in both the Senate and the Assembly. That is why we must urge Governor Brown to swiftly sign this bill into law as a champion in the struggle for fairness and equity for farm workers.
