Passing real, lasting, far-reaching immigration reform is a must for our country. No matter what your political persuasion, one thing we should all agree on is that 12 million individuals deserve to be brought out of the shadows. That's why the Senate was able to agree, by a vote of 68-32, to pass comprehensive legislation to reform our system last week.
Now the legislation goes to the House, where Speaker Boehner has indicated it will not receive a vote unless a majority of the GOP members agree to it. Your call is URGENTLY needed to help push good legislation forward towards a vote and to defeat bad legislation.
