The EPA has approved fifty-nine pesticides that contain neonicotinoids. Hundreds of studies have shown the dangers of these chemicals -- not only by killing many of California's bees, but harming small mammals and birds as well. SB 602 would help to undo the mess that the EPA has created by requiring clear labels on products that use neonicotinoids.
The bill is being voted on this week. We are up against Big Ag and their claims that there is no proof that these chemicals kill bees. We need your help. Will you call today and ask your senator to support SB 602?
